Hello everyone, I don't have to remind you that the cold weather is expected to persist for the next few days. To kick-start your week on a positive note, I suggest learning the fundamentals of Pilates, which will also serve as a great refresher for those already practicing. On Monday, 1/20, our Introduction to Pilates class will start at 5:45 PM at the HART Center in Fairfield Bay. I would also like to extend my gratitude to all attendees of Saturday's Pilates class and my new class, Total Body Blast. A copy of the HART Center class schedule has been shared below, and I encourage you to take advantage of the offered classes.
