People who score their life between 8-10 are creating such momentum they continue to take action.

Most people, however, score their lives between 4-7, which is comfortably dabbling - taking small action that doesn't result in inconvenience but is far from fulfilling.

For example, it is difficult to promote conversation at the dinner table with your tweens and teens when as a toddlers you gave them a phone at the table because it was an easy way to entertain them. What you do with your kids at every stage of development matters.
