The Roost was created with the sole purpose of bringing family and friends together under the same roof.

The Roost is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath log cabin that lies at the end of a long, extended driveway. It provides the peaceful serenity desired by folks who want to get away, but also be just a short distance from downtown Asheville (less than 10 miles!) The Roost lies on 4 acres of land, and has hiking trails that run throughout the property, which includes a small stream in certain areas, several types

of fruit trees, and a huge wrap around deck for outdoor entertaining. The Roost can accommodate up to 15 guests (please read on to get more info about the number of beds, and sleeping accommodations), and boasts a huge 8-person hot tub, pool and poker table, fire pit, a 65' HDTV w/home theatre system, and so much more!

Two of the most amazing kitties are up for adoption. We've been fostering them for a month now, and we'd keep them but we're both allergic. Their names are Banksy and Penny Lane. They literally couldn't be more loving and special. We'd highly prefer to adopt them together as they love each other a whole lot!!!

The deck addition is almost complete! Direct access to the hot tub from the house, and additional grilling and lounging area! So excited to finally be getting this done!

Our cabin The Roost has earned "Superhost" status 4 quarters in a row. We're currently building a huge deck around the hot tub for grilling and lounging. It's only gonna keep getting better! Super Bowl round 3 is confirmed as well. Thanks so much to everyone that has supported us the past 2 years.

The Roost is now officially an Airbnb Superhost!!! Between Airbnb, HomeAway, VRBO®- Vacation Rentals By Owner®, etc., The Roost has never received less than a perfect review from anyone that's stayed at the cabin!!! I literally could never have done this without my beautiful girlfriend Kayla. In addition to being an unbelievable home designer, remodeler and one of the hardest working people I know, she is one of Asheville's premier pastry chefs!!! Yep, she does this too... incredible! Sweet Life Cakes.

After months of hard work, I am so happy to introduce The Roost!!! The 3200 sqft cabin is located less than 10 miles from downtown Asheville, and can sleep up to 15 people. The Roost is completely secluded, and sits on 4+ acres of land, with hiking trails and a stream that line the property. Amenities include a pool table, fire pit, 8-person hot tub to name just a few. I'm still in disbelief as to the transformation the cabin has undergone over the past 6 months, and it couldn't have happened without the great crew of folks that helped out. A very very special thanks to Zachary Hayes, Cathryn Wile, Tim Haney, Repurposed Lighting, Tracey Cochrane, Billy Cochrane, Bryan Wilson, Gary Alan Mccracken, Julie Bird, Bryon Litsey, Around the Table "Where memories are created", Klara Hines Rory Heller and my folks Linda Brownstein, and Mike Brownstein. Lastly, I need to thank my beautiful girlfriend Kayla Cochrane. I literally would have never been able to make this happen without you. A million times thank you! You're truly incredible, I hope you know how much I appreciate you:)
