Here are some things to know about the Disney Wish and why it's the perfect Disney Crusie sailings!

✨ The Disney Wish is one of Disney Cruise's newer ships, and it is stunning! ✨

🏰 Most itineraries sail from Port Canaveral. This makes it very easy to add on a pre- or post- cruise stay at a Walt Disney World Resort or even to fit in a visit to a Disney park. 🏰

📆 Most sailings are 3-night or 4-night sailings making it perfect for first time cruisers just trying out Disney Cruise Line vacations. 📆

🏝️Most sailings stop at Disney's private island Castaway Cay with another stop at Nassau, Bahamas. Select sailings even also port at Disney island destination Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. 🏝️

🎭 The three stage shows are currently Seas the Adventure, the Little Mermaid, and Aladdin. 🎭

🚢DCL Addition🚢

Each Disney Ship has a ship-wide scavenger hunt/game that is SO FUN!

The Magic, Wonder, Dream, and Fantasy have Midship Detective Agency. 🕵️‍♂️ The newer ships the Wish and the Treasure have Uncharted Adventure which is more interactive and you play on your mobile device. 📱(The Destiny will have this too!)

My advice is to play this game the first night or full day on your ship to get more acquainted with the ship and its surroundings. You will find yourself running from deck to deck, forward to aft, and back again. 😅

The girls loved this on both our cruises! We played Uncharted Adventure every day on the Wish and still had games/challenges we didn't get to. 😊

February 28th- Final Day Recap

We disembarked the Disney Wish, and the process was so smooth! We grabbed a rental car from National right by the port and then headed to Disney Springs for the last bit of Disney Magic before catching a late flight home.

✨ Highlights included ✨

🐯 Grabbing a couple last minute souvenirs from World of Disney

🍪 Getting cookies from Gideon's Bakehouse (Their Cold Brew Machine was broken. 😢)

🥪 Earl of Sandwich for Lunch

🍦 One last family dessert at Ghirardelli

✈️ Returned the rental car at MCO and flew home

After an amazing day at Castaway Cay, we got back on the Disney Wish for one more night.

🎶 Almost won Disney song trivia.

🌟 Attended the Finale for the Uncharted Adventure scavenger hunt game that the girls LOVED playing on the ship. (More details will be shared sometime)

❄️ Last dinner at Arendelle- A dinner experience celebrating Anna and Kristoff's engagement.

🩷 Saying goodbye to our incredible serving team and stateroom host: Giovani, Mika, and Nortel. Simply the best!

✨ Highlights- Part 1 ✨

Castaway Cay is Disney's Private Island in the Bahamas

🏃‍♀️ Abigail and I started out beach day with the Castaway Cay 5K. I'm so proud of Abi! She wanted to do the 5K so we did it together. We ran/walked and earned those medals!

🏖️ We LOVED the beach!

🍦 Lunch from Cookies BBQ was tasty and of course we finished with ice cream.

🍹 The girls enjoyed a little time in the Kids Club so Justin and I could enjoy a drink in a hammock.

Castaway Cay is still arguably my favorite place in the world! We had the best day. 🩷

✨Today's Highlights✨

👑 Royal Gathering- A special Princess meet and greet where you get to meet a lot of princesses at one time.
❤️ Racing in the Incredi-Course at the Hero Zone
😎 Swimming and more ice cream
💚 Abigail dressing like Peter Pan and scaring Captain Hook!
👽 Grabbing a galactic drink with Justin dressed as pirates in Hyperspace Lounge while the girls were at the Kids Club
🏴‍☠️ Pirate Night! We loved dressing up as pirates and the deck party.

We didn't get off the ship in Nassau so it was a bonus day at sea. It gave us extra time to enjoy the Disney Wish! 🚢❤️

🌟 Pro-Tip: Doing one last ride AFTER fireworks. For us that was Philharmagic.

It was an incredibly wonderful day but we were all really tired from such an early start with the race that morning.

✨RunDisney Princess Half Marathon 2025!✨

*I'm making another post dedicated to amazing people!

Wow! This race was ✨Magic✨

It was so fun to run from Epcot to Magic Kingdom and back! It was hard fought as the last 5k was a struggle. I felt really strong through mile 9 and then just followed a couple of men to carry me to the finish! (Special shoutout to Clayton for the push basically the entire race!)

I finished in 1:27:04 as the 5th female!

As always thanks to for the training plan, for the dry needling and PT support, and my friends and family for the continuous support. ☺️☺️

✨✨Surprising the girls with our trip to Disneyland was so incredibly fun! We picked up Abigail from school and told them in the parking lot before we headed to the airport. It’s something I’m sure we will all remember for a long time. ✨✨
