✨Team Member Tuesday: Meet Matthew Ewertz - Production Assembler | ICE Crystal Engineering ✨

Matthew joined the team after a brief tour, and he was immediately sold on the work. With a long-standing interest in science, Matthew’s background is diverse—he spent 20 years in the grocery store business before transitioning into his current role.

Outside of work, Matthew is a creative spirit, crafting bracelets and jewelry, often incorporating magnets, which he sells at craft shows.

We’re lucky to have Matthew on the team!

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on his motorcycle, heading out to the lake, and exploring his passion for blacksmithing. A proud father of three, Cody balances work, family, and his passions.
