Destiny at Reunion Resort Villa/ Orlando Florida
The home was custom built and is extremely spacious with soaring ceilings, natural stone, grand pillars, and a dramatic gallery landing overlooking the entrance hall.
All bedrooms are beautifully furnished and have en-suite bathrooms and flat screen TV's. There is a gaming area on the second floor with balcony access overlooking the pool deck which has some distinctive features and backs onto conservation affording guests their privacy.
There is a private sun terrace accessed from a spiral staircase off the gaming room, the perfect hideaway place for those wanting some privacy and relaxation, this home really is the dream!
On entering this home you will find the living areas to be open plan incorporating a foal dining area, wine cellar, fully equipped kitchen complete with high end appliances, granite worktops, center island and breakfast bar with additional seating and a casual dining nook overlooking the seating area with comfortable sofas which surround the feature fireplace and wall mounted large flat screen TV. A wall of glass doors allow this space to be flooded with natural light and also offer a dynamic view of the outdoor living area with it's infinity edge pool and pond beyond. The king-size master is the only bedroom on the ground floor and spacious with access onto the covered lanai. Its bathroom offers a sunken tub, walk in shower, twin vanities, and fully fitted dressing room.
A sweeping staircase of wrought iron leads you onto the gallery landing which also hosts the gaming area complete with pool table, seating and TV accessing the large rear balcony, a perfect spot for that evening cocktail or simply enjoying the sights and sounds of the wildlife beyond.
