We would like to thank all the folks who attended our Customer Appreciation Day in Fayetteville last week! Food, fellowship and fun was enjoyed by all.

Fayetteville Public Utilities has been on a mission to visit communities within our service area. Since October, we have visited Mimosa, Flintville, Park City, Blanche, Petersburg and Fayetteville.

“We have enjoyed spending time with those we serve during our Customer Appreciation Days,” FPU CEO/General Manager Britt Dye stated. “We wanted to show our customers how much they are appreciated in a location that was convenient for them, so we made the decision to host multiple events throughout our service area. Because our employees live and work here, our customers are our friends and neighbors. In many ways, these appreciation events felt like reunions allowing us to reconnect with one another over shared memories and stories. If you have questions regarding your service or the programs we offer, you are invited to visit our office or give us a call. As always, we are here to help.”
