6. Have a high school diploma or GED
7. Able to pass a call center environment test
8. Able to pass a background check and drug screen
9. 3 Months of Continuous Customer Service Experience
10. Have not applied/worked at the Federal Way Call Center within the last 6 months
11. Have Open availability seven days a week. (we cannot accommodate any schedules)
