Most people don’t know that 2 years ago today, dad was hit by a drunk driver and it has completely changed our lives. He was on his way home from a service call when the guy blew through a flashing solar stop sign and hit his van, twice. Thankfully dad had a new van and there’s no doubt in our mind that this saved his life: all the airbags that he didn’t have in the old service van along with the divider he had installed where all of his jugs broke free and smashed the divider which would have hit him in the back of the head. Two years later and he still has long term problems from this, has trouble with everyday tasks and is unable to work so please, think before you get behind the wheel and drive after you’ve had anything to drink 💔
