Great for golfers with dozens of nearby courses - many of them are public.
With 5 bedrooms (1 is a bunk room) the rest are queen or king bed and 4 full baths, this home is a perfect getaway for couples or families.
All but the bunk room have TVs.
We have an elevator and the upstairs master suite is semi ADA with the downstairs suite being wheelchair accessible.
There are several kayaks and SUP boards - launch straight off the beach - a full array of life vests in various sizes and beach toys/games.
Lots of outdoor space to relax with a mini beach on the bay which is great for young children.
You can read a book on one of the lounge chairs on the mini beach or just watch all of the wildlife go by.
There’s a dock where you can tie up your boat or rent one for the week.
The bay is very shallow - 1’ deep in places.
Please ask our property manager about your boat.
Or walk two blocks to the beach with our beach chairs, a rolling cooler, more beach toys, and an umbrella.
The house is walking distance to several shops and restaurants. The grocery store is just a short drive.
You can also rent bikes nearby.
There’s a cook’s kitchen in an open floor plan room, as well as board games for a rainy day.
The sunset over the bay is breathtaking as you enjoy your favorite cocktail or soda on the back deck.
New this year - every room has been repainted, a new sofa and end/side tables in several rooms, blinds in the living room for that late afternoon sun.
We love sharing our happy place!
