Out of the 85+ properties in our rental portfolio about 30 units allow dog/s. Redbones Owner Martinique is so generous to partner with us to help the pups feel extra welcome upon arrival to Amelia Island. One of our guests recently mentioned in a post-stay review that the boutique dog treat for their pup made them feel extra welcome. 👏

Below is the list of open and closed restaurants for today. While we were spared any real damage or power outages, please keep in mind that we are expecting a storm surge with our high tide later this afternoon (2:45PM) which could cause tidal flooding.

The Business Damage Assessment Survey from Florida Commerce is available for you if you need it. Businesses can complete the survey online by visiting FloridaDisaster.biz and selecting “Hurricane Milton” from the dropdown menu.

🌀UPDATE: Our team is closely monitoring Hurricane Milton and making necessary preparations. We encourage our neighbors and Nassau County community to heed the information coming from Nassau EM. For any current or upcoming guests with questions, please contact our office directly. We have touched base with most of you already but please do not hesitate to reach out.
