One of the agents who I work with has some rooms blocked at this resort. Sounds like the rooms have a great price on them. It is an all inclusive resort & looks beautiful!
The rate is $680 per night (remember this is all inclusive, so that includes your food & drinks etc.). That is the price with 2 adults. This price includes the Ocean Front Double room. ***Our agency has some rooms blocked off with special pricing for our Annual Training Conference at Walt Disney World in Florida. The rooms are at Disney’s Contemporary Resort in a Lake View Room. Price is $369 a night plus tax which is less that the normal rate. We don’t have as many people going this year as we thought so we are able to offer this rate until our rooms we have blocked off are sold out.
Please let me know if you are interested ASAP, as this may not last for long.
Dates available are 7/27-8/2 2024. Minimum stay is 1 night. Rate is based on 2 adults & then kids 18 & under are free. 💕

Oh my word! I am adding more to my travel bucket list!
This is the Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay. They have overwater bungalows & other rooms as well. They have the option of included breakfast or they have the option of all inclusive too.

Look at that beautiful water..... wouldn't it be great to do this while we are having our freezing temperatures here in December/January while it is in the 70's-90's in Fiji? 💕

I was exploring some other all inclusive resort locations & came across Curacao which is 35 miles North of South America (so just outside of the hurricane zone) & I was just amazed by the beauty.
I wanted to share one of those resorts that I saw when I was looking that look so beautiful.

This is the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa which is a family friendly all inclusive resort. This place looks unbelievable & so much to offer! The beach is 2 miles long & has a conserved Mayan ruin area which is a great place to snorkel. It has 3 huge pools & a lazy river. It has 2 buffets, 8 themed restaurants, 16 bars, a health bar, coffee shop & even a theater for evening shows.
This place has a kids club with tons of things to do (even cooking classes) & so much more.

Attended a webinar today about Celebration Key, which is a private island that will be opening up Summer 2025 for Carnival Cruise Line. It looks amazing! It is in the Grand Bahamas. There will be 5 Portals (areas).

Paradise Plaza: This is the Welcome Area with a 10 story high walkthrough Suncastle & Caribbean Music, Guest Services & Excursion Desk.

Calypso Lagoon: Adult Friendly with a fresh water lagoon w/daybeds, loungers & cabanas. It will have a bar w/swings & a swim up bar & dining options- adults only area.

For a Disney Cruise it is normally 20% deposit (which comes off your balance) and then for cruises that are 5 nights or less it has to be paid off by 90 days before your sail date or for cruises 6 nights or longer it has to be paid off by 120 days before your sail date.
Cruises that qualify for the reduced deposit amount are:

Wow! That's great! Riding the train can be fun, especially if the kids ride for free! That's amazing!
So, back in 2003 we took an Amtrak to Disneyland from Seattle. It was quite an experience- with 4 kids (two of them teenagers at the time & the other two were 8 & 4 at the time- so it was a little crazy).
We had a few transfers along the way, but if I remember right with our group of 7 it was a little over $800 roundtrip for all of us. Plus at the time my hubby was active duty Navy & he got into Disneyland for free & the rest of us I think was around $150 total with the military discount- so it was actually a pretty inexpensive trip. 💕

This is the Breathless Punta Cana Resort & Spa which is in the Dominican Republic! It's so crazy how many beautiful resorts are out there. It is an Adults Only All Inclusive Resort which has quite a few food options & of course drinks as well.
It has multiple pools, and other entertainment also.

This is the Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun in Playa del Carmen. It looks amazing & offers tons of fun activities and plenty to eat with lots of food choices at their resort. It is definitely family friendly- I don't think you will be bored here haha
It is an all inclusive resort so all your food & drinks etc. are included in the price. There are some things that are extra such as the spa, but those are all optional.

Upgraded to new boot today! So got to see my foot today (yeck). So now I can bear weight on my foot but only on heel and only in this boot & only an hour a day & only with crutches. Otherwise while I am home I need to wear the surgical shoe and use either crutches or knee scooter.
Had my first real shower yesterday. We wrapped up my foot real good so it wouldn’t get wet-felt great until the end- lost my balance and fell onto my back but thankfully Tracy was home & helped me get up-thankfully no damage to foot but have bruises all over ugh.
Next week they will do an x-ray to see how it is fusing & take stitches out.

It was a long day but I am home & will be in this contraption till Monday then see what I will be in next. Lots of pain at times & it is definitely a challenge to get around so this is going to be an adventure for sure haha
