Getting to paradise is easier than you think! 🚤✨ Did you know it can be a 2 hour trip -door to door - from Brooklyn to Fire Island? 2 hours to be completely transported to the most special haven. No airplane or airport stress! Discover how simple it is to reach Fire Island and start your beachside adventure.

🚗1.5 hours from Brooklyn/Manhattan to Bay Shore, Long Island (no car, no problem - easy LIRR trip!)
🛥️ 30 minute ferry from Bay Shore to Ocean Bay Park
🚶5 minute walk to the house (wagon will be waiting for you on the dock to make carrying luggage a breeze)

Guests of Windows on the Sea receive a step by step guide with directions on how to get to the ferry and to our home from the ferry. Vacation made easy breezy!
