If you are looking for a place to bring your family and friends this summer, come check us out. We have been full nearly every summer! We are a 5 star Super Host! We just released our remaining dates available.

We created the home with families in mind, with tons of things to do in the home and a place for everyone to be comfortable while creating memories.

We are located just 4 miles north of the Bear Lake Marina, just 1 mile from the water line (as the crows fly).

Eeeep!!!! We cannot wait!

Still a little ice floating around. I’d say we’re about 85-90% open water. Yesterday’s weather really helped. Most, if not all the ice is in the northeast corner of the lake.

We are getting ready for this season!

A cool graph showing how we compare to two other record years in 2011 & 2017. It’s projected that the lake will peak near the first of July and reach an elevation of 5921.04. That is only 2.61 feet away from being full. This will significantly shrink the amount of available beach around the lake.

A reminder that you are able to reserve your beach day again this year at North Beach. With the lake being near full, we highly recommend making your reservation to guarantee entry. You are only able to make one reservation, for one vehicle, per day. The reservation window is currently open for the entire summer, book your beach day as soon as you can.

I literally cannot wait…

All the warm run off coming in from Mud Lake is melting the ice pretty quick. You might wanna dust off the paddle boards or kayaks……and the dry suits. The lake will be chilly for a while but what day time temps would we need to hit before you dare go out and play?

Yay for renovations!

A reminder that our East Beach State Park campground closed early this season for much needed upgrades and renovations. Sunday September the 11th was our last day being open for the season.

The 2023 reservation window is open for all of the month of May and first half of June. Reservation can be made nine months in advance by visiting:

Those little shells are between 6,000 and 10,000 years old! They flourished when Bear Lake was 60-80 feet deeper and filled the entire valley.
