I was throwing flies for sharks into a deep channel right as the tide bottomed out and was turning. Then this 7 # mutton whacked my streamer and gave me a fun ride, somehow I managed to keep this guy from getting eaten by a shark off my line. Nice surprise!

A Reintroduction: My name is Bryan Glass & I’m 29. is my personal Instagram page. With a growing audience, I wanted to share a bit about me.

My pup is a 6 year old Australian Shepherd named Blue that is my #1. I have my own Guide Service & Fishing Lodge under Wild Trout LLC operating on the White River, Arkansas from mid-April to October. This business is the culmination of a lifelong passion for Trophy Trout.

In the off season, I reside in the Rocky Mountains living a nomadic troutbum life. Targeting trophy trout of every species in North America is my life’s driving force. The content on this page is entirely photos/videos I’ve taken or have been taken of fish that I personally caught. However a majority of the most special fish I’ve landed I do not share online, to keep their existence a sacred secret. I’m on the water 260-320 days a year.

My guiding career began in the remote Alaskan wilderness 9 years ago. Shifting between 4 different lodges I experienced float planes, river/lake boats, remote rafting, and hike-in fishing trips to more than 50+ locations. This exploration was mainly in the Katmai, Wood-Tikchik, and Bechorof regions.

These years raised me & defined who I would become as a person. It’s not all sunshine & rainbows up there, but I learned that my passion for guiding runs deep in my blood & was worth pursuing as I left Alaska.

Starting my business in 2019 from nothing took several leaps of faith. Fast forward to 2024 & it’s still growing slowly but surely with a team of badass gentlemen: Bradley Bonnett, Kaainoa Ravey, & Dante Daniells. I also have some of the most amazing core clients that have truly become lifelong friends & support me in every aspect of my life.

For fun I still fish almost nonstop year round relentlessly hunting the adrenaline rush of what lurks below the water’s surface. I plan on fishing until my joints & body give out chasing the pursuit of epic fish in wild locations all over the world.

Thank you so much to those that have been a tremendous support to me over the years; including clients/friends that have helped raise me and build countless memories on & off the water.

𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑶𝑵𝑬

My entire life I have searched for a legendary wild buck Brown Trout… thousands of days & nights in a relentless pursuit of a fish beyond my own comprehension. Searching for a Buck Brown Trout of such impossible magnitude that its (potential) existence haunted my dreams for over a decade.

For me, the term “Fish of a Lifetime”, doesn’t do justice to this Leviathan. Landing this Kraken on an 8wt flyrod with one of my best friends was…. An emotional roller coaster to say the least… after Dante got this fish in the net, I collapsed to the bottom of the boat in complete shock and awe, being truly speechless for several minutes after it all came together. Couldn’t have done it without so many amazing friends. What a miracle.

Fish like this are make the untold amount of miles driven, tens of thousands of hours casting, ridiculous amounts of sleepless nights, and obsession over the science & data in an endless pursuit of ‘𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑶𝑵𝑬’ so worth it.🙌🏻
