How about a Princess Half Marathon update!? I completed the couch to 5k and started the couch to 10k program but cut it a week short in order to start the Princess Half Marathon training plan on Oct 14. I wanted to start it a little ahead of schedule to give myself a buffer should I get sick or have obligations over the holidays.

Stats so far-
🏃🏼‍♀️My distance is up to 5 miles on long runs
🏅My pace is down from a 17 minute mile to a 12-12:30 min/mile depending on the distance and temps outside (bring on the cooler weather please!!)
🏃🏼‍♀️My intervals (run/walk) are 60 sec run/30 sec walks. I started at 15/30 so definitely improving my run length!

That means so far my 5 mile distance is gets me from Epcot to the entrance to Magic Kingdom on the map here! Not quite halfway but I am getting there! A little over 15 weeks left to train so I am hopeful that I can do this race well! Here's to little wins every day!
