We are excited to announce the launch of a new boating education class - all for women! This class will take place each quarter and be presented in 6 parts so you can choose the topics that interest you or join for the whole session. Or, grab a group of girlfriends and schedule a private session with the topics of your choice whenever you'd like!

Surprise! Capt Weatherly found a spider crab happily living in this washed up cannonball jellyfish. They have a commensal relationship - the crab gets protection, a ride, and food while there's no real effect on the jelly. Around 30% of jellies have these little guys on board!

*Yes, the jelly was put back in the water for the crabs sake even though it wasn't living.

Must have a USCG masters license and knowledge of the estuarine ecosystem is a huge plus! This can be a flexible position, but we do a large percentage of business on weekends and evenings.

We are thrilled that our after school program is BACK for the fall!! Do you have a child who loves to be outside and learning a bit about nature? Boating? Crabbing? getting Creative? If so look no further. The program will run for 7 weeks this fall beginning on Oct. 3.
