We have availability with amazing views and walkability to downtown and the beach July 27th to August 3rd. Book direct with MyOcean to save VRBO and AirBnB fees. But you can still do it at those sites if you wish. Ratings are all there and high. I will give you the links, if that is your preferable way to rent.

Beach re-nourishment is now complete from West 2nd St beach access to the County Park! Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and no parties.:) Welcome....

We have an extraordinary opening June 28th through July 5th for the forthcoming holiday.

We’re here upping our game with a new 4K TV in one of the bedrooms to complete our full-house smart TV (4 of them) installation.

By the time you’d get here, a brand-new stainless Frigidaire Gallery stove with air-fry capability will be in place to complement the brand new fridge of the same line.

We have repainted the whole unit and it is fresh and clean.

As always, you’ll be in and end-unit, waterfront 3BR 3 bath townhome with its own garage and, private entry, and expansive waterfront views of the Folly River and the marina.

Walk, don’t drive and try to park to restaurants, downtown Folly Beach, and the beach itself.
