Autumn Rose has been completely transformed over the last 3 months. It still offers a spacious, comfortable setting for you and up to 16 guests, and it’s still home to the “Best Darn Porch in the Smokies”. Plumbing, HVAC and electrical are all roughed in now. After our next inspection, we’ll see the roof come on and interior finishes taking shape. We’ve found an amazing interior designer, who’s going to bring “The Arbor” to life!

To say it’s been a long time coming is an understatement. This was supposed to be our very first vacation rental in late 2020. 3+ years and endless delays later, we finally have water! “Swimming on the Edge”, a 6-bedroom luxury cabin with private indoor pool at the top of the world, will finally be ready for guests in early 2024! We can’t wait to share this piece of heaven with our guests! Stay tuned for updates in the weeks ahead.

A-frame update! Interior framing continues at a breakneck pace! The deck is finished. By next week, we should have electrical and plumbing rough-ins completed and a driveway will be taking shape. Can’t say enough good things about our builder Joel with Rough Ridge Construction. They’re new to the Smokies, but absolutely killing it on quality and speed.

Another week, and so much more progress. We made the decision to install a tiled shower that will sit next to a deep soaking tub. Both the shower and tub will feature windows with relaxing views of the surrounding treetops.
