510 West Ashley is a (5 Bedroom/2.5 Full Bath) home and one of our most unique properties! Being 4.5 blocks down, it is still walking distance to Center Street where you'll find all t

he cozy shops, restaurants 'beachy' bars, as well as being directly across the street from the Ocean with Ocean Views and a beach access directly across the street! To cater to all, there is a 4-person ELEVATOR that services both floors from the ground and a wheelchair accessible shower. This (5 Bedroom/2.5 Full Bath) (Sleeps 10). Enjoy both over sized porches on the main floor and upstairs off the Master Bedroom, equipped with beachy furniture as you relax overlooking the Atlantic. The sunrise views off the Master Bedroom are incredible! All of the mattresses were recently replaced, including a 100% foam mattress in the master! There is a fully equipped large, gorgeous and high end kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steal appliances, and 5-burner gas range. There is seating for 8 around the kitchen table plus 4 additional barstools of the kitchen counter. The entire home was built in a circular design, so all the rooms are very unique with wide open spaces and plenty of light with many large windows positioned for the most ocean views as possible. It is the vacation that you'll want to return to year after year. There is no denying the classic Folly Beach decor and furnishings the Owners have put into their home.
