Hey fossil heads!!
We are going to be doing things a little differently this next camp! First thing to change is that we are already planning out the itenerary and filling it with guest speakers, instructional sessions, night-time adventures, and more! Please check out the following and let us know what else you think would be a fun addition for SeptemberFest! ** 6” Megalodon Tooth will be hidden somewhere on site in the hunting areas for one lucky guest to find

Friday's Itenerary (so far)

9:30 AM To 10:30 AM - Check in, camp site set up

10:30 AM To 11:30 AM - Site Tour with instructional sessions on the different hunting options

Noon to 2 pm - Lunch truck on site

4:30 PM - Megalodon Mud Wrestling (New source for Megs means complete Megs for everyone this time!!)

6 to 8 PM Dinner Truck on Site

6:15 PM To 6:45 PM - Guest speaker presentation by ShrkCo

7:00 PM to 9:00 PM - Live Music by Mike Meacher and the Chum Bucket

9:15 PM To 11 PM - Instructional Session/Walk on night time fossil hunting

1 AM - Sifting Islands shut down for night

Saturday September 21st (so far)

Gates open at 7 am for non-camping guests

7:30 AM To 9:30 AM - Breakfast Foodtruck on site

7:15 AM - Sifting Island Tables turned on for day

10 to 11 AM - Instructional Session on Excavations using plaster

Noon to 2 pm - Lunch truck on site

4:30 PM - Megalodon Mud Wrestling

6 to 8 PM Dinner Truck on Site

6:15 PM To 6:45 PM - Guest speaker presentation by (to be determined)

7:00 PM to 9:00 PM - Live Music by Mike Meacher and Getaway Bronchos

9:15 PM To 11 PM - Amphibian/Reptile/Nature excursion through the 100 acre water basins and adjacent swampland

1 AM - Sifting Islands shut down for night

Sunday September 22nd

Gates open 7 am for non-camping guests

7:30 AM To 9:30 AM - Breakfast truck on site

7:15 AM - Sifting Island tables turned on for day

Noon - Final CheckOut for camp

** Add-Ons for weekend will be available such as discounted rates for Lightning Site Digs and Creek Excursions.

** Vendors will be on site for all 3 days of camp

** Hunting activities are permitted during all hours of the weekend

** RV's, tents, car sleepers all welcome

** RV Rentals available through RVShare and Outdoorsy (websites) - Schedule delivery and set-up for as early as 9/19/24 by giving rental contact PFE'S contact info.

** We will have water on site for refilling RV water reserves

** Primitive Shower Station will be available all hours of the weekend.
