Fond du Lac Skyport is looking for two dedicated part time employees. Both office and line tech positions are open. The hours vary but would primarily be 3:30-6:00pm 2-3 week days, and some weekends per month (7:30 am – 6pm each day). Plus some holidays (excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Years Day).

Job responsibilities for line techs would include, but not be limited to:
Fueling, cleaning, and moving aircraft. Cleaning the facilities, hangars and office areas. The ability to keep the buildings and vehicles well maintained is a must. Must have a valid driver’s license.

Job responsibilities for office employees would include, but not be limited to:
Greeting customers in person and over the phone. Coordinating customer requests for fuel and aircraft services. Use of an online scheduling program for aircraft rentals. Billing customers and collecting payments. And remaining familiar with the FAA and company policies regarding aircraft rentals, flight training, and fueling.

Donations Needed!
This weekend at the Fond du Lac Skyport, donations will be accepted and sent to those in North Carolina suffering from Hurricane Helene.

Life gets busy, Nevan started flight training 6 years ago with another flight school, after all the time he spent flight training he never received his pilot's license. Within 15 hours of instruction with Mike, Nevan has achieved his goal of getting his private pilot license on 8/14/24. Fond du Lac Skyport along with West Bend Air would like to congratulate you on all your hard work.

Fond du lac area please congratulate Weston on completing his Private Pilot training on 8/7/24. It is remarkable that he has done this in only 3 short months. Weather delays, EAA and summertime vacations put us on a tight schedule to complete your training before you start college. Fond du Lac Skyport wishes to congratulate Weston on his first solo flight on 6/14/24. Weston has decided to continue the long-time tradition in aviation by having his instructor cut the tail of his shirt after flying solo. Congratulation's Weston on all your hard work!

Have you been thinking about getting your pilots license? Ever dream about what it is like to fly? Stop in and meet our new full time flight instructor Mike. Call 920-922-6000 to schedule your introduction flight, it consists of a half hour on the ground to answer any question you may have and a half hour in the air in our Cessna 172 and enjoy your first hands on experience as Pilot-In-Command.

A little bit about Mike........

Mike's first flight was when he was 5yrs old flying with his grandfather and father in their 172, after the family sold their aircraft Mike picked up aerobatic model aircraft flying and then decided it was time to get his private pilot's license. While working as a journey man pipefitter Mike got his PPL license and the rest is history, quitting his job to get all the ratings required to become a flight instructor.

FDL Skyport hours are Monday-Sunday 8am-6pm
