The Space:
This garden unit is bright, spacious and thoughtfully designed. The living room offers plenty of seating, a smart tv, games, and books! The space is open to the dining room and office area. The king bedroom has a full closet and sits of
f of the main living space and a queen bedroom at the back offers a full closet and a large walk in closet with space for a pack n play or toddler bed (available upon request). The space is ideally set up for 4 guests, but with the walk in closet can accommodate a small child as well. The remodeled kitchen is FULLY STOCKED! All full sized appliances, everything you need to cook at home and plenty of room for your groceries in the pantry cabinet. We provide a toaster, blender, hand mixer, bowls, pots and pans and more! Just outside the back door is laundry and a place for shoes and coats. One parking space available for our guests to use as well. We tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable but we live close in case you need anything. The Neighborhood:
2 blocks from the neighborhood grocery store, 3 blocks to park, pool, and fitness center! Walk to downtown Forest Park which is less than a mile away or hop on the train to go downtown Chicago! We love this accessible location which puts you minutes from downtown Oak Park and Forest Park and is located just outside the city of Chicago. Forest Park and Oak Park have charming vibes and friendly faces. Both communities host popular events including music, art, wine, and beer festivals. Take an Uber to the Farmers Market which is hosted in Oak Park every Saturday from 7:30am-1:30pm from May 22nd through October (Tip: Get there in the morning to enjoy fresh, homemade donuts). Fees:
There is a four night minimum for stays at this unit. Nightly rate ranges from $110-135 per night depending on time of year and includes high speed internet and 1-2 parking spaces. There is an additional fee of $250 for cleaning/turnover that is added to each booking. We strive to have a spotless and clean space for each guest to enjoy. This fee pays our cleaning company a fair wage so that each guest has the same level of enjoyment.
