We love this accessible location which puts you right in the middle of downtown Oak Park and Forest Park and just minutes from downtown Chicago. Just a few blocks to restaurants, shops, cafes, grocery stores, the green line or blue line El, or the Metra! Forest Park and Oak Park have charming vibes and friendly faces. Both communities host popular events including music, art, wine, and beer festivals. Take an Uber to the Farmers Market which is hosted in Oak Park every Saturday from 7:30am-1:30pm from the end of May through October (Tip: Get there in the morning to enjoy fresh, homemade donuts). Leave your car in the provided off-street space and walk to nearby amenities and the train to downtown Chicago. Public transportation is a breeze! 5 min walk to the nearest Green Line L station, but easy access to the Blue Line (.9 miles away) or the Metra (.7 miles away)
