Today I got happy mail and wanted to share this small business! I found this company sometime last year and got my husband 1 diffuser, pineapple dole scent, and pandora night blossom scent for Christmas in his stocking. We have been so impressed that when we purchased a new vehicle I knew we needed to stock up! I can't wait for all the magical trips we're going to take that make us miss Disney just a tiny bit less! Disney's Port Orleans French Quarter

This is honestly a resort I was not overly interested in staying at. However, this past trip was about my Grandma and when given the options she wanted to stay here. My Mom and Grandma took a trip to New Orleans a few years ago and really enjoyed themselves so the theming was fun to compare.

My Mom and Grandma did agree that the theming was very well done and definitely reminded them of the real thing.

Pro's:
1. It's a very small resort - this was awesome considering we had a scooter in our party and it took no time at all to get from our room, to anywhere we needed to.
2. Good food options some themed and some not - the beignets were great, then at the quick service you could get New Orleans inspired dishes or your typical burgers and fries so this can satisfy any kind of eater
3. Boat to Disney Springs - this is a fun little extra and I always love alternative transportation besides the buses

Cons:
1. Transportation to the parks - the only offering was the bus system (pro, we ever waited very long)
2. Only one pool - the pool looked amazing, the water slide very fun, I do however enjoy at bigger resorts the "quiet" pools alternative to the main ones

Would I stay here again? Yes
Is it my new favorite resort? No
But this experience has intrigued me to try more new options outside of what I've already tried which does include my favorite (Caribbean Beach Resort)

I have SO MUCH to share about the Three Generation trip I just returned from.
Bare with me as try to share everything!

I figured I would start at the beginning. You've booked a Disney trip and now you have to decide how to get there. Are you going to drive or are you going to fly? My family typically flys either out of the Columbus, or Cleveland airport. Once you get to Orlando, then what? You still need to get to your Disney resort!

You have 3 options
1. Rent a car
2. Uber
3. Shuttle

My favorite option is a shuttle from Mears Connect! This is so easy to book, just let your travel agent know your flight numbers and they'll of course know which Disney resort you're staying at and they can take care of your reservations.

Upon arrival to the airport you'll grab your luggage and head to the Mears Connect check in, your bus will take you to your resort. When your trip is over (👎🏻) they will pick you back up at your resort and make sure you arrive at the airport in time.

*this costs $16 per adult one way and $13.50 per child one way (they do occasionally have promos)
*no need for car seats when using this transportation option

Hello 👋🏻

I wanted to do a bit of a reintroduction post as my page has been a little inactive this year. There are definitely times where life is a little harder than others and I definitely experienced that. I took a bit of a step back in promoting my business while still attending to my current clients. I'm feeling much better and am ready to hit the ground running again.
My name is Jamie Rickle and I've been a travel consultant with Goofy Getaways since 2019. I specialize in Disney Destinations specifically Walt Disney World!
Over the years I've been able to help so many clients go on magical vacations. WHERE MY 90s KIDS AT!?

I grew up watching this VHS and DYING to go to Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. Have I made it!? No. Every time I got to Disney I just don't make time to buy and
separate ticket or different ticket type to go to a water park despite it being my dream.
