Forks Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration 2022

July 1st - 4th

Party like it's 1776!!

Pick up schedules and 4th of July buttons at the West End Youth League (WEYL) fireworks stand located at the corner of Forks Avenue and Calawah Way. Open Monday, June 27 through Monday, July 4th. Hours will be noon to 8 p.m. daily.
Demo Derby Tickets will be offered at the following days/places:

Friday, July 1st at Moonlight Madness in front of the Rainforest Arts Center; Saturday, July 2nd 10am-Noon Forks Outfitters Patio, 950 S. Forks Avenue; Sunday, July 3rd next to the Sacks Tournament at Tillicum Park; Monday, July 4th after the parade ends at the ticket booth near the base of the Tillicum Park Arena by the old tennis courts.

Please note: There are no limits on tickets. Strollers require a ticket. No wagons, animals, pop up canopies, or coolers inside the gates.

Derby Arena gate will be opening at 1pm. Derby begins at 3pm.Tickets are $10 each. Kids 2 and under are free. Cash only please.

All Day Photos taken at local businesses of decorated windows. All are encouraged to dress up their windows in a patriotic theme!

7-10pm Moonlight Madness sponsored by WEBPA. Forks Ave closed between Calawah and Bogachiel, featuring music by DJ Camello, car bash, vendors, fun for the kids and more, 360-374-3311. There is no entry cost, but some activities are by donation. Donations will benefit the WEBPA Christmas decorations fund.

7-9pm Sasquatch Skate Party on Forks Avenue. Free entry. You must provide your own skates, safety gear (recommended) and sign a waiver. Parent or guardian must sign waiver for those under 18. Forks Avenue between Calawah and Division. 360-374-2531.

Saturday, July 2nd

7-11am American Legion July Breakfast, suggested donation $10, dine in or take away options, 651 E. Division & Maple Ave.

8-8:45am Forks 4th of July Fun Run Registration. Race begins at 9am. Sponsored by Forks Community Hospital United Way Committee. Entry fee $10 which includes a Fun Run Medal for the first 100 registrations. All proceeds will go to United Way of Clallam County. Walk or run 1-mile, 5k, or 10k. Meet in parking lot behind Mocha Motion on Forks Avenue, 360-640-5333.

8:30am Horseshoe Tournament sign-ups, tourney begins at 9 am, entry fee $10, Tillicum Park, 360-374-5323 after 3pm.

9am 4th of July 3 on 3 Registration. Tournament starts at 10 am. Divisions – Girls 6-8th Grade, 9-12th Grade; Boys 6-8th Grade; 9-12th Grade. $10 per kid, 4 max per team. Benefits FHS Boys/Girls Basketball Programs. Tillicum Park BB Courts (Spartan Gym if raining). 360-640-2301

9:30-11:30am Archery Tag Tournament, sponsored by Forks Old Fashioned 4th of July Committee and run by Forks Police Department, $25 per team or $5 per person, 5-man teams, ages 12 and up, Tillicum Park Ball Fields, 360-640-3543.

10am-3pm Forks Open Aire Market, Parking Lot next to Sully's Drive In, 220 North Forks Avenue, 360-374-5724.

10am-6pm Vendors in the Park. This is an opportunity for Forks-area non-profits to be a vendor in Tillicum Park during 4th of July. Please contact 360-374-5412 x 237 to sign up.

NOON Youth Bag Tournament sponsored by Forks Volleyball Ball Boosters, entry fee $30 per team, 10-16 years old, prizes for top 3 places, Tillicum Park “Ben Dome” Covered Area, please pre-register 360-640-1985.

1-4pm 2nd Annual “Paddle Battle in Forks” Pickleball Tournament sponsored by Rain of Terror, $5 entry fee (40 people max). Please pre-register 360-640-3543

DUSK FIREWORKS viewable from around town - look towards Forks High School. Viewing from school is not available. If fireworks are cancelled due to high fire danger, they will take place at an event in the fall.
