Mid-Week Holidays tend to make my Office Hours a bit different (and throwing 4 Dr. appt into the mix definitely makes things interesting!)

My Office Hour Schedule for Mon., Dec.16 - Wed. Jan. 1:

Mon. Dec.16 through Wed. Dec.18: 7:30 am -4:30 pm Mt time
Thurs, Dec. 19: 7:30 am to 12 pm MT time (personal appt)
Fri. Dec.20 - Sun. Dec.22: Normal Days off (emergencies only)
Mon. Dec. 23: 7:30 am to 12 pm Mt time
Tues., Dec. 24 - Sun. Dec.29: Out of Town (emergencies only)
Mon. Dec.30: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm MT Time
Tues. Dec. 31: 7:30 am to 12 pm Mt Time
Jan. 1 - New Years Day Emergencies only

I will watch for new bookings, but please allow a 24 hour response time. I will have VERY limited Internet Service (basically none) over the weekend of Dec.20-22.

FYI - Mt time is 2 hours behind EST, 1 Hour behind Central :)

Lightning Lane Premier Pass Information

Beginning Friday, Nov. 22, 2024, the Lightning Lane Premier Pass pilot is expanded to all Disney Resort hotels as well as Swan, Dolphin, Swan Reserve, and Shades of Green

The pass continues to be offered in very limited quantities and will be a date based/park based pricing. Pricing will be higher at the Magic Kingdom and on high volume attendance days such as holidays, school breaks, etc.

It may be purchased up to seven days prior to check-in date for the length of stay (up to 14 days) starting at 7 a.m. Eastern.

You must have both a valid Resort reservation and valid Theme Park admission linked to your My Disney Experience account.

� Guests must use the My Disney Experience app to purchase their Lightning Lane Premier Pass

Lightning Lane Premier Pass will let you access to any Lightning Lane entrance ONE TIME per day at a single Theme Park. You cannot Park Hop with it.

You may purchase a Lightning Lane Premier Pass for only one Theme Park each day.

Disney has just announced LIGHTNING LANE PREMIER PASS

Beginning October 30, 2024, Disney will begin piloting the rollout of Lightning Lane Premier Pass with very limited quantities for Guests staying at Disney DELUXE Resorts, Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts and other select hotels.

One time entry to each available Lightning Lane experience
Ride at your convenience – no choosing specific times
Includes digital downloads of select attraction photos

Cost will be between $129 - $400 Per Person, Per Day based on date

Operational Update/8 – Hurricane Milton
Although we will receive a few domestic arrivals this evening, no departures or international flights will occur. Departing flights will begin tomorrow, Friday, October 11. Please don’t come to the airport for a departing flight tonight. Feel free to pick up arriving passengers, if needed. Airlines will continue to adjust their schedules to better accommodate passengers, so please verify your flight status directly with them. We hope you and your loved ones stayed safe throughout the storm, and we sincerely appreciate your patience during this time.

If you will be riding out Hurricane Milton at a Disney Resort, please take the time today to be sure that you have bottled water/beverages, snacks,non perishable foods, and maybe a deck of cards, board game especially if you are in a resort which requires walking outside for any needs as the resort may request that guests not leave their rooms during the storm.

Closure Information!!!!!
Walt Disney World Theme Parks
On Wednesday, October 9, our theme parks and Disney Springs will be closed in phases beginning at 1:00 PM.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park will close at 1:00 PM
Magic Kingdom park, EPCOT and Disney Springs will close at 2:00 PM.

It is likely the theme parks will remain closed on Thursday, October 10. We will consider opening Disney Springs on Thursday in the late afternoon, with limited offerings.

This includes the cancellation of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom park on Thursday, October 10. Event tickets will be refunded.

Disney Resort Hotel Closures
Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground and the Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa will temporarily close beginning at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 9. They are likely to remain closed until Sunday, October 13.

Transportation
Walt Disney World Transportation will stop operating on Wednesday, October 9 after Disney Springs and the Walt Disney World theme parks close.

Limited Minnie Van and Mears taxi service will be available to Walt Disney World Resort Guests.

Recreation
Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park, Winter Summerland Miniature Golf and Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf will be closed on Wednesday, October 9. Disney’s Blizzard Beach water park remains closed for planned refurbishment.

There are no events planned for ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex until the weekend.

Reservations for Dining and Other Experiences
Effective immediately, we will not enforce cancellation policies until further notice for dining and other experiences.

Prepaid bookable experiences will be automatically refunded within 7 to 10 business days.

Together with our partners, a decision has been made to cease commercial operations on Wednesday morning, until circumstances permit safe operations to resume.
