Blaž leads tours for Experience Plus and has guided some amazing trips, including Lakes of Austria and Slovenia and Danube to Budapest and Prague.⁠

During the off-season, he splits his time between two beautiful spots in Slovenia. He grew up near Lake Bled, where he still spends a lot of time, but now lives with his family in a house near Maribor, Slovenia’s second-largest city. Both places feel like home to him.⁠

What’s Blaž’s dream EP tour? While he’s only guided two tours so far, he’s drawn to warmer destinations like Portugal, Greece, and Tuscany.⁠

Meet Matias!

Matias joined the ExperiencePlus! team this past season and has already led two Grand Tours of Alsace. His passion for guiding shines through in every ride.

When Matias isn’t cycling through Europe, he calls Seville, Spain, home. There, he spends his time recharging, making music, and sharing Andalusia’s vibrant culture as a local guide.

His advice for EP travelers?

"Focus on creating meaningful connections—whether it’s with locals, fellow travelers, or the landscapes themselves. Take time to pause, savor the local cuisine, capture moments, and embrace the unexpected. That’s where the magic happens."
