Day 2 of the Amish Christmas Adventure was another busy one! The Millers welcomed us into their home where Leo let a couple of our gals try their hand on hand weaving rugs. Lorene treated us to her delicious whoopie pies and homemade apple cider. Vickie took us to many other fun stops thru the day and ended with an evening performance of the musical “When Calls the Heart.” The Christmas lights in Shipshewana are some of the prettiest!

The first full day in Indiana Amish Country was a busy one!!! The group started the day off with a visit to the Camel Farm, then it was off to a Tea luncheon in Nappanee, followed by a visit to Teaberry Wood Products. Then had a great meal by candlelight in a local Amish Home. To end the day they visited the Performing Arts Center in Shipshewana where Doug Church and the Blackwood Quartet put on a fabulous show.

What a great week to highlight our recent Indiana Amish Country Christmas Tour! The first night the group ate at the Essenhaus Restaurant! It is the largest restaurant in Indiana with seating capacity for 1100 guests.
