💡 Disney Pro Tip 💡

Everyone loves watching the parade on Main Street! But it will take a long time to get to you and then you will be stuck in a huge crowd trying to get back to the rides when it is over!

Watch the parade from the FRONT of the parade route! The parade will be past you before it even gets to Main Street and then you can hop on rides while most people are still stuck waiting for it to even appear!

✨ Disney World Fun Fact ✨

Did you know that when you enter Magic Kingdom at the Walt Disney World Resort, you are actually entering on the 2nd level?

Most people don't realize that as they are walking down Main Street, there is a whole FLOOR underneath you. The first floor runs underneath the theme park with a series of service tunnels called the Utilidors.

According to modern legend, when walking through Disneyland the park one day, Walt Disney was bothered by the sight of a cowboy walking through Tomorrowland en route to his post in Frontierland. He felt that such a sight was jarring and detracted from the guest experience.

Thus when building the Walt Disney World theme park, he insisted on implementing a series of tunnels to perform park support operations, such as trash removal, and for costumed characters to quickly reach their destinations on the surface out of the sight of guests. This certainly helps keep the magic alive!
