Ensuring our health and safety when traveling holds greater importance than ever before.

Based on guidance from the CDC, WHO, and FAA, ExpertJet has implemented policies for our flight and ground crew, transportation providers, and catering services, to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and other harmful pathogens.

Our website will be updated with these details in coming days, but in the interim, please know we are taking the following steps:

Ground Transportation:

-Your driver’s health will be verified prior to pickup
-Luggage will be carried with fresh gloves, or sanitized after handling.
-Vehicles interior surfaces, seatbelts, as well as door handles will be cleaned with an alcohol based sanitizer
-Driver will wear a mask upon request

Flight Crew/Aircraft:

-Crew's health will be verified prior to departure
-Luggage will be carried with fresh gloves, or sanitized after handling
-Aircraft's interior surfaces, seatbelts, etc., cleaned with an alcohol based sanitizer each trip
-Handshaking is strongly discouraged
-Crew will wear a mask upon request

Onboard Catering:

-Caterers handling ExpertJet food items will provide their temperature upon completion of order.
-Fresh food will remain covered/wrapped onboard as long as practical.
-Passengers are encouraged to bring their own food items.
-Aircraft stock items treated with an alcohol based disinfectant if handled by prior flight’s passengers.
-Your crew’s general health and temperatures will be verified, along with sanitizing the aircraft interior.
