Looking for an awesome getaway for 7 nights. Fort Myers Beach, FL. We have an opening with check in on Saturday, Oct 28th at 4 PM and checkout Saturday, Nov 3rd at 10 AM. We love our contractor Al. He is rockin” it! Today we have first floor tile done, driveway back together, island ready for installation and much more. He and his awesome crew are working weekends too! 💕 They are amazing! New furniture arriving March 21st! Ready for tenants March 31st!

It has been a long, hard 5 months of recovery since Ian hit. The house is almost done being renovated. The guys are working hard everyday. Al -our awesome contractor - has done a great job putting up with me 😉😂. When done the house will sleep 18 people. The pool is up and running. Flooring being installed Monday and after that things will fly. Can’t wait to show the new pics. It will be ready to rent starting March 31st! Things are really looking great on Fort Myers Beach! Everyone has been working so hard and they have been so creative! Food trucks along Estero and Time Square (ice cream truck too) the Beach Bar next to us has live music and lots of beer and drinks! They are packed everyday. It is so refreshing to see all the people on the beach. Love it!!!

We were so fortunate to be staying at our house this week and took this video at the pier. My 9 year old was ecstatic as we watched from above. 3 local television stations reached out to share the video. 🥰Too cool!!!

Go back and forth between private pool and the beach. There is an awesome bar next door called The Beach Bar. It is like being on a resort. They have awesome live music during the day (and close around 7 so no noise in evening and no tenant has ever complained about it. In fact they say how much they live it) 😍 drinks “To Go”!! Huge patio area at pool for hanging out.
