Showers and tiling of floors are complete. Next up Kitchen cabinets and vanities. We may have our unit done by mid September. And of course the best part...that view. 🌴🌴🌊🤩

Seaside 405 ready to start booking vacationers for the 2025 season. 🌞🌊

Please note.
This is only for unit 405. For requesting any other units, you will have to wait till the online booking platform comes up in a few months.

Until the booking website is ready to go, Please message me with your dates. I'll get to you with estimated pricing.

This would be for bookings January 1st, 2025 and after. High season pricing is estimated to be around $450 per night. Price decreases after Easter (after high season). We are hoping to have the week of Christmas 🎄🌴 ready but with construction going on its too early to know.

Please reach out with your dates and I'll get back to you with pricing. If you want to lock it in, I will give you a phone number to call (new management company)and you can get your dates solidified.

On FMB, it's a beautiful sunny day with a stunning view! 🌴🌊☀️

Seaside Resort is currently being rebuilt after the destruction by Hurricane Ian. Our resort will be brand new and hopefully open by the end of 2024.

Water is a bit murky after the storm. Tons of birds scavenging in the seaweed. While it looks nasty it's completely natural the way mother nature brings in food for the shore birds. Pavers are nearly done by the pool and FPL onsite hooking up our main power. Progress continues for our boutique FMB resort.

Outside of the building, stucco and painting nears completion. New railings going on. Doors will be painted that same coastal color as the shutters, St Barts. Grilling hut now up. Pavers, pool and fence replacement starts next week. Progress continues at Seaside, our boutique FMB resort. Can't wait for our visitors to stay at our slice of paradise. 🌴🌴🌊

Seaside owners. We are excited to announce the release of the 2nd floor to contractors starting on Monday, July 29th. Keep a eye out for a email that has documents your GC must sign along with rules and guidelines to follow....

Our Seminole Friends have begun rebuilding the tiki hut along the beach. Won't be too long until our vacationers will be able to relax under it's shade and enjoy the view of the gulf.

It's been awhile since we posted after devastating Hurricane Ian wiped FMB off the map. Attached are AFTER Ian photos and what the building will look like when complete. Also our roof is finally coming together. Long road for obtaining permits. Either way our beach side resort will be back to its perfect self hopefully by the end of 2024!!

No need to drive!

LeeTran will resume seasonal service to and along Fort Myers Beach, including the free open-air tram, beginning Sunday, November 21st.

The beach tram offers:
Fare-free tram service, running from Bowditch Point Park to Matanzas Pass Preserve. The beach tram service will include three trams and is estimated to run every 15 minutes, depending on traffic. Tram service will run seven days a week starting at 8 a.m. at Bowditch Park with the last pickup at 11:30 p.m. at Matanzas Pass Preserve. The open-air, multi-car trams provide an easy, fun way to travel along the beach from hotels to restaurants, to shopping and other attractions. The seasonal downtown Fort Myers trolley service will run through April 2022.
