A few more early morning pics from this morning.

Barbecue grills now on site, propane timers installed. Took delivery of picnic tables yesterday afternoon. Once landscaping is complete, picnic tables will be moved to their forever location inside tiki Hut and at the other end of the property under The palms.
Pool lights are now complete.
Landscapers working feverishly around the site. Two semi loads of tropical plants and trees coming next week.

Next week the big cleanup will start with sweeping of the pavers under building and in the lot, power washing and acid cleaning any stains on the pavers.

Still working feverishly to try to close out permits.

Comcast test installs happen in 4 units next week. If everything is good with those tests installs, we will sign off on the master agreement and internet / TV installs can start on every unit.

At this time it sounds like Comcast will come to your unit with equipment to the installs. I will post more info on the owner page and in the weekly update next week.

Another big item

Every single unit on floors 1 through 4 needs to be unlocked next week during business hours for the final mechanical inspection.

We will have first on site lock units at the end of business day but it is up to you as the owner to have your unit unlocked at 8:00 a.m. everyday next week, Monday through Friday..

If you're unable to get to the site, please reach out to someone who is there, lives close or your contractor if they are on site daily..

Fence contractor on site today..
I was informed late in the afternoon that they could not install a 50 ft piece of our fence because the site had too much debris/concrete in it..
I called our main contractor and he took care of the large concrete chunks that should have been disposed of a week ago.

There was a ton of other debris and sand so that area is still not level ready for the fence install.

We all need to thank todd, our neighbor and another board member at Seaside for loading up a wheelbarrow, a shovel and going out to the site to dig out a 50 ft section of debris and sand.

Great job Todd! Every owner at Seaside oses you a beer!

Pool equipment finally powered up and running! We can finally say goodbye to the temp pump!

At the site this week. We Finally have power!

Pavers bring finished last week and this coming week. Beach side pavers now compete

Flood door being installed

Break away rooms being rebuilt

Pool bathrooms tile complete.

Landscapers being worked on

Office is done. New ceiling tiles, paint complete

Waiting on elevator contractor..

Lobby tile flooring and wall tile in should be starting this week.

Contractor just sent me pictures of closet inserts finally going in.
407 should be 100% complete by end of the week!
Time for another trip down to hang artwork, hang tvs, get our gal in there for a deep clean!

Been at the site all week..

Eight other unit owners and myself rented telehandler lift and hired a crew to get furniture and appliances up to our specified units..

Curbing is being formed today and will be poured on Saturday.

Paving crew is back at work installing pavers..

Lobby glass install will be completed by next Friday.

Still waiting on insurance adjuster to give the okay to demo those two small rooms at beach level and rebuild. That shouldn't slow us down as that total process should only take 4 weeks.

Power panel should arrive in a few weeks an estimations are one to two weeks to install.

Pool people will be out November 18th installing coping along the pool and new tile.
Waiting on their call back for new pool equipment and heater quote (Milton took out our brand new equipment).

We're hoping to have power back on and AC's running on or around December 20th..

By the next trip down on November 19th, our unit should be 100% done (remaining countertops, pull handles on cabinets and drawers, custom closets in both bedrooms)

On our November 19th trip, we will hang TVs and get everything else put away - and go shop to restock the entire kitchen with utensils, blenders, plates, glasses, etc..

For those of you who who voted - sleeper sofa and 2 lazy boy recliners won out!

Sand clean up coming along..
AC condensers will be removed monday. New condensers have already arrived.

Power panel po was Sent. 6 week delivery and 2 weeks to install.

The two rooms that need to be demolished at beach level will hopefully be demolished in the next week.
New slabs will be poured and new concrete block will then be late..
4 to 6 weeks for that portion of the project to be done

Well hopefully have power back by Christmas.

Interior of unit is coming along nicely..
Countertop fabricator was there measuring this week..
Trim and doors should be painted by end of next week.
Countertops should be installed the week after.

Furniture and appliances on track to be delivered the week of November 4th.
