Almost 1 year after Huuricane Ian & we finally have our home stuccoed & the new paint is going on!! Woo hoo!

Yesterday's view looking down on the construction of the 43,000 square foot SUNSET TERRACE. 56 construction workers in the Sunset Terrace zone alone. We are now ramped back up to pre-Ian workforce of a solid 200, although we could still use 30 more.

Sunset Terrace will have on it:
* Five firepit seating areas
* Wedding Venue
* Yard Games
* Coconut Telegraph Coffee and Ice Cream Shopp
* Yard Games
* License To Chill Bar
* License to Chill Restaurant
* Prefunction area off of the Compass Rose Ballroom

* Flexible space for events like watching the boat races, hosting holiday festivals, watching parades, etc.
* Fully landscaped with real sand beach dunes, grass turf and palm trees

And of course, the daily sunset celebration!
