One bedroom, one bath vacation rental unit in a stilt home on the Gulf of Mexico in Fort Myers Beach, FL. Our retreat offers a king size bed, walk-in shower, fully-equipped kitchen, screened porch, fantastic sea views, easy walk to the sea's edge and to Times Square, cable and streaming-capable TV, Internet and Wi-fi. Linens, basic soaps, and paper products are provided for week-long stays. No pets and no smoking permitted on the property. Max capacity is 2 guests and one vehicle.

The booster pump that was placed in front of the Neptune very near our Beach Delight, has an issue and has been taken off-line. So to keep things moving on the project, they disconnected the pump to do the repairs and where the connection formerly existed they are bringing in more sand and water to work in front of the Neptune and our Beach Delight.

The Fort Myers Beach Lions Club Shrimp Festival will be held the first week in March! The parade starts at 10am on Saturday, March, 8. During the week and weekend there will be fun runs, shrimp eating contest, an Arts and Crafts Fair plus so much more!

The Fort Myers Beach Shrimp Festival parade is approximately 2-miles long and runs down the main street of town on Estero Blvd from the Beach Elementary school (parade loading zone) to the base of the Matanzas Bridge on the beach side.

The American Sand Sculpting Championship came to an end today, this 4th day of festivities. The gates closed at 5pm and the wedding just outside the venue and on the beach started. Lots of great sand art to see. The “Fish out of Water” won the Masters Division. The semi-pro “Sandta” sculpture grabbed a lot of attention from the attendees. A wonderful day spent at the festival for only $5 admission!
