To our valued guests and friends, as you may be aware, Hurricane Milton has caused significant damage in several areas of Florida. Our beloved state has experienced severe flooding in some areas, making roadways inaccessible at this time. Additionally, there are widespread power outages across impacted areas, further complicating recovery efforts.

We are currently experiencing heavy call volume, please refrain from calling unless you need immediate assistance.

Our property care team will be out in the field assessing all properties as weather conditions and local government permit.

If your stay is impacted a member of our guest services team will reach out to you directly.

For all Atlantic Coast guests: if your reservation is Saturday October 12, 2024 and beyond, please consider your reservation as confirmed.

Our foremost priority is the safety of our staff, guests, and community. We have confirmed that all guests have vacated under the mandatory evacuations and that each home is secured. At this time, our teams are focused on their own families and will be evacuating immediately. Our offices will remain closed throughout the duration of the storm, and we will not return until local authorities have deemed it safe for re-entry.

HURRICANE MILTON UPDATE: As of 2 PM on Monday, October 7, Hurricane Milton is projected to pass just south of Daytona Beach. Current forecasts from NOAA suggest that flooding in low-lying areas could reach three to five feet above ground level as early as Wednesday afternoon. Visitors, residents and businesses in the area should be aware of tropical storm force winds, possible hurricane-force gusts, and heavy rain, which could lead to power outages, tree damage, and potential structural impacts. If you are in the area, we recommend staying informed with updates from local authorities and the National Hurricane Center for the latest on weather conditions on our Significant Weather page
