Disneyland has announced their 2025 packages are available
to book and you really need to take a close look at the new
Pixar Place Hotel! If you’re a fan of Pixar movies (and really,
who isn’t) you’re going to have a BALL discovering all of the
details and Easter eggs from the moment you step into the
lobby. You may even run into a few characters during your
stay!

One of the standout features of the Pixar Place Hotel is its
dedicated walkway straight into Disney California Adventure
Park. You can literally stroll from your hotel room into the
heart of the park, making it incredibly convenient to get to
Radiator Springs Racers first!

It may not be the Highway in the Sky, but it could be considered
the Most Magical Flight in “the World”! So what makes the
Disney Skyliner special AND what are the must-know topics?

It’s transportation + an attraction! Not only does it connect
EPCOT and Hollywood Studios to Disney’s Caribbean Beach
Resort, Disney’s Riviera Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort,
and Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, but it’s a fun way to
take a midday park break from EPCOT or Hollywood
Studios.

It is the only way to get to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios
from the Skyliner resorts unless it is down for weather or
technical issues. In either case, there will be buses available.

Occasionally, something happens at a Skyliner station that
necessitates a slow down. If you are onboard during one of
these moments, don’t panic! There is still a breeze, so just
enjoy the views and have some fun conversation about your
trip so far!

This is no simple attraction overlay, it’s a full blown Haunted
Mansion takeover at Disneyland! Oogie Boogie, Sally, and the
rest of the gang have joined Jack in taking over every inch of
the mansion, turning it into a love letter to fans of The
Nightmare Before Christmas. Everywhere you look, Halloween
meets Christmas in the wonderful, weird way only Tim Burton
could conjure up during the Haunted Mansion Holiday!

WHAT’S THIS?! There is only one way to ride this attraction and
that is via a Virtual Queue. You can’t just stand in line, you need
to secure a spot via the Disneyland app and there are different
rules for joining based on your park pass reservation. (Yes,
Disneyland still requires park pass reservations! I’ll help you
plan and prep when you’re ready, no worries!)

Whether you’re a big fan or not, you literally feel like you’re
stepping right into the film, it’s that immersive! OK NBC fans,

Marvel Comics come to life at Universal’s Super Hero Island!
Alright, we all know the Marvel Cinematic Universe is beyond
amazing, but if you’re a diehard comic book fan—the kind
who’s been flipping through the pages long before Iron Man hit
the big screen—then Universal’s Super Hero Island is going to
feel like heaven. It’s a celebration of the Marvel Comics that
started it all. It’s the classic stories, the iconic art, and the
legendary characters of the Marvel Universe that Stan Lee, Jack
Kirby, and so many other legendary creators built.

You can buy actual comic books, figurines, apparel and so
much more here...including Wolverine and Deadpool merch!

A breakfast Monte Cristo?! Disneyland has Magic Kingdom
beat for a grab and go breakfast, my friends! If you’re on the
hunt for something that’s quick, delicious, and oh-so-magical,
you’ve got to try the Waffle Cristo at Royal Street Veranda next
to the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction in New Orleans
Square.

It’s a warm, crispy waffle stuffed with ham, turkey, and melted
cheese, sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with syrup
and jam for that sweet and savory balance. Oh, and you can
order a full or half size...you know, to leave room for midmorning
churros.

Let’s talk tipping. When you’re staying at a Disney resort, every
little detail feels like it’s sprinkled with pixie dust, right? From
those fluffed pillows to the surprise towel animals, Disney’s
housekeeping team—affectionately known as Mousekeeping—
works hard to keep that magic alive in your room every day.
Tipping is always at your discretion, but here are some things
to consider:

The recommended amount is usually $1 to $2 per person
per night. Of course, if your Mousekeeper goes above and
beyond, feel free to show your gratitude with a little extra.

It’s a good idea to tip daily, as your Mousekeeper might
change throughout your stay. Leave the tip on the
bathroom counter or nightstand with a note labeled
“Mousekeeping” so they know it’s for them.

Mousekeeping often goes the extra mile, whether it’s
organizing stuffed animals in a fun way or leaving extra
toiletries. These little touches are what make a Disney stay
so special, and a tip is a simple way to say “thank you”.

There is NO WAY to fully teach you all there is to know about
Lightning Lane Multi Pass in a single post, but here are TWO
THINGS that you CAN’T DO with it that you USED TO BE ABLE
TO with Disney Genie+.

Multi Passes are only available to book for attractions. No
more parade viewing and no more character meet and greets.
While those were never the best use of a Lightning Lane entry,
for some, seeing/meeting characters and princesses are a top
priority.

What do you think? Are you OK with standby lines for character
greets and luck of the draw parade views?

The Multi Pass / Single Pass system is still new and requires a
clear understanding of it. Give yourself the best chance of
success in the parks by letting me help you plan! I supply all of
my guests with everything they need to know before they go!

If you’re sailing with Disney Cruise Line, there’s one stop that’s
guaranteed to be a hit with the whole family—Castaway Cay!
This private island paradise is a dream come true for families,
offering a treasure trove of activities that are just steps away
from the ship. No long walk or tram ride required!

For the littlest ones, Scuttle’s Cove is a kids-only mini water
park with supervised activities that’ll keep them entertained for
hours. Meanwhile, older kids and adults can challenge each
other at In Da Shade Game Pavilion, where you’ll find table
tennis, foosball, basketball, and more. The whole family (as
long as they can swim) can enjoy the Pelican Plunge water slide
then eat, shop, snorkel, rent a bike or any number of activities
nearby.

Honestly, there’s too much fun to name in one social post, so

Whether you’re taking in the sights on the Kilimanjaro Safaris
or booking one of the exclusive behind-the-scenes tours,
Animal Kingdom offers a chance to experience elephants and
rhinos in the wild! The Kilimanjaro Safaris is included with your
theme park admission to Animal Kingdom which is great, but
you’re not guaranteed to see any animals. If your elephant or
rhino loving heart is set on seeing them, consider booking a
tour.

The Caring for Giants tour offers an up-close encounter with
the elephants, where you’ll learn all about their care and
conservation from the experts who know them best. And for
rhino lovers, the Up Close with Rhinos tour is a must-do,
offering a rare chance to see a side of these gentle giants most
won’t ever get the chance to. Both are reasonably priced, won’t
eat up too much time and will deepen your appreciation for
these animals and their conservation care teams.

These tours are incredibly popular and book up fast! If you’ve

Phew, that was a close call! The Country Bears are back and
better than ever! Big Al, Henry and the rest of the gang just
recently got a makeover and are bringing the house down
once again with a brand new set list that almost everyone can
sing along to. If you’re a big fan of the original Jamboree, don’t
worry, the heart of the show, its charm and humor are all still
very much there. The newer tunes help to keep these sweet
bears relevant for today’s audiences.

Did you think Disney was going to be closing the Country Bear
Jamboree curtains for good? Do you think they should have in
favor of something else or are you happy it got another
chance?

Disney magic isn’t just something you see, it’s something you
experience. A PRIME example of that is Space 220 in EPCOT,
where Disney Imagineers have taken dining to a whole new
level—literally! Your dining journey begins with an incredible
simulated space elevator ride that’ll leave you wide-eyed, no
matter your age. It’s a one-of-a-kind experience that feels so
real, you might forget for a second that you’re still on Earth!

Whether you choose to dine in the lounge or the main
restaurant, the immersion is the same. It’s really so captivating,
with the panoramic and ever-changing views of outer space
and cameos by astronauts (and even a dog), everyone will have
fun looking to see who pops up next! While the lounge and
main menus offer some really tasty options (try the cauliflower
and a fun drink at least!), the ambiance is the real STAR!

If you’re looking to add a little out-of-this-world magic to your
next Disney trip, definitely put Space 220 at the top of your list.

Céntrico, in the heart of Disneyland’s Downtown Disney, might
be known for its flavorful Mexican dishes, but PLOT TWIST,
their burger is an absolute must-try. Yep, I said it, order a
burger at a Mexican restaurant. Don’t get me wrong, their
entire menu is full of irresistible, fresh and flavorful dishes (and
margaritas), but let’s be honest, sometimes only a burger can
hit the spot and this one does! Wagyu beef, gruyere cheese,
pickled beets, tomato, truffle aioli and black truffle sauce on a
brioche bun...chef’s kiss!

What’s even more unique about Céntrico is they also now
serve breakfast-if you’ve tried it let us know! Have you ever found
an unexpected delicious gem like this burger on a Disney
menu? Like a chicken dish at a seafood restaurant or steak at a

Oh please...Toothsome Chocolate Emporium isn’t just about
the sweets, they do savory REALLY well too! When you think of
Toothsome Chocolate Emporium, your mind probably goes
straight to those towering milkshakes and decadent desserts,
right? But let me tell you, they have a GREAT food menu. Two
standout fan-favorite menu items you need to try: Chocolate
Almond Bread with Salted Caramel Butter and the Monte
Cristo Sandwich. Savory, decadent and delicious!

What’s unique here as well, are the wandering residents,
Penelope Toothsome and her robot companion, Jacques. They
walk around chatting with guests and captivating kids-it’s a
special experience with no park ticket required! What did you

Holy guacamole, have I got a tip for you! If you ever find
yourself strolling through EPCOT with a hankering for a
healthier yet satisfying snack, head over to La Cantina de San
Angel in the Mexico Pavilion and order their chips and guac.

Normally, that’s a good enough tip, but here’s the inside scoop:
you can enjoy it INSIDE La Hacienda de San Angel which
provides additional seating for La Cantina during the day (until
they open for dinner). Yummy snack, comfy seating, glorious A/
C and stellar views of World Showcase Lagoon...it’s like a mini
secret siesta because not many people realize sitting inside is
an option!

The World-Famous Studio Tour at Universal Studios Hollywood
isn’t just any tour. You’ll explore the legendary backlots, iconic
sets, and historic sound stages where some of the biggest
blockbusters and TV shows have been filmed. From classics
like Psycho and Back to the Future to modern hits like Jurassic
World and The Good Place, you’ll see where the magic
happens and maybe even catch a glimpse of some filming in
action on a hot set! I don’t want to spoil it, but it’s more than
just a tour, it’s a whole experience. You’ll encounter wild special
effects inspired by movies like Jaws, King Kong and Fast and
Furious. It’s so cool!

Let’s be real for a second—finding good gluten-free options
anywhere can sometimes feel like searching for a needle in a
haystack, but at Walt Disney World, the foodie magic extends
to everyone, even gluten-free folks! When you’re tired of yet
another salad or snacking on a box of popcorn, head over to
Pinocchio Village Haus, where the Blue Fairy is granting gluten
free wishes left and right!

From tasty flatbreads to breaded chicken tenders and fries to
desserts (and yes, salads too) the gluten-free menu is
extensive and satisfying. Not to mention the ambiance is the
most charming in the whole kingdom with spectacular views
inside and out.
