Join us in Garrison Commons for POUND FITNESS with instructor Veronica Vargas! 💪

From Veronica: I have been a fitness in instructor for 6 years. It has been a joy of mine to help others follow their journey to a new fit lifestyle. I am certified in different fitness formats and enjoy everyone of them. In the last 3 years I found the love in this recently new found full body workout called Pound Fitness. I enrolled in my certification class in Houston, TX 3 years ago and have loved every minute of it since then. This format of class has a combination of awesome music, cardio, conditioning and strength training with Yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Using lightly weighted "Ripstix", drumsticks, you have an exhilarating experience engineered specifically for a transformed drumming and effective style exercise. Pound is for all fitness levels and all ages to enjoy while having a fun workout. I hope you come rock out with me this weekend!
