🍡🍭It’s National “Something on a Stick Day.” That sounds like as good of an excuse as any to dive into something sweet and delicious. (And with treats on a stick...and us having two hands each, it feels like we can have twice the goodies!) How likely are you to grab a caramel apple or Rice Krispie treat when you are in Walt Disney World? Are any of these portable treats your go to? If not, what can you absolutely not refuse?

🪸🐠Talk about WOW factor. The Seas with Nemo and Friends in the World Nature section of EPCOT is not only home to an adorable attraction, but the ride exits into a full-scale aquarium! Sure, there is a small gift shop, but this area is a prime example of spectacular Disney edutainment. Here, among many other interesting facts, you’ll learn that EPCOT has been home to orphaned manatees and survivors of boat propeller accidents for years. There are two viewing areas where you just might witness a feeding of these gentle giants. Regardless, the area is surrounded by statistics and information about these wonderful docile mammals.

📝 Side note: this pavilion is huge and the air conditioning is plentiful. It’s a prime spot when you need a break from crowds, lines, the sun and theme park stimulation. With plenty of areas for kids to burn some energy, you may find it to be one of your favorite stops. Do the manatees have your heart? Or are you just there for the shade and a/c?

👸💖🛳️ Cinderella said a dream is a wish your heart makes, and a sailing on the Disney Dream is real life magic!! Today marks lucky number 13 years since it sailed on its maiden voyage. I just came here to toot my own horn lol. I’m happy to say that I’m a GOLD agent again for 2024 with MMV! 2023 was a good year, and I can’t wait to see what 2024 holds.

If you had a hard time letting go of the MGM Studios name, start working on letting go of EPCOT’s Future World-because it’s gone! While World Showcase remains, Future World is now divided into several neighborhoods: World Discovery, World Nature, and World Celebration! A new statue of Walt, lots of seating, charging stations, and shade are just a few of the things you can look forward to on your next visit to EPCOT.

A first look at the first ever HAUNTED MANSION BAR coming to the Disney Treasure in 2024! 😲👻

The design of the Haunted Mansion Parlor will resemble a first-class drawing room of a classic cruise liner from the golden age, invoking inspiration from the original Haunted Mansion with a nautical twist. Complete with nostalgic tributes to Haunted Mansion attractions around the world, fans will recognize the iconic wallpaper and the distinctive purple armchair tucked in the corner.

Guests will also encounter a few legendary characters from the original Disney Parks attraction, as well as some new seafaring arrivals, in a portrait gallery depicting the Disney Treasure’s own ghostly residents.

Inspired by the old grandfather clock from the original Disney Parks attraction, the Haunted Mansion Parlor clock will evoke the nostalgic allure of the Haunted Mansion. 🍨🍦Since it’s National Ice Cream Day, it’s only fitting that we take a peek inside EPCOT's L'Artisan Des Glaces. As you follow your nose to the France pavilion, the aroma of freshly made waffle cones and a display of mouthwatering flavors will make it really hard to decide what to order!

From a classic waffle bowl to a macaron sandwich and so much in between, there are endless options!

When you stay at Disney's Riviera Resort you're paying for more than just a comfortable bed to sleep on, great dining, and premier location. Take the Eventi Room for example…this Community Hall (all Disney DVC Resorts have them) is TOP NOTCH. From the free board games, books, scavenger hunts and movies to paid crafts like painting your own animation cell or wine glass, there’s no shortage of activities to keep busy during precious resort time.

Sometimes character dining can be tough to secure or not something you want to invest in. A fun alternative the whole family can enjoy is the Rainforest Cafe. With two Disney World locations, your family can get WILD for some Beef Lava Nachos while feeling the thrill of dining in the Rainforest...but with air conditioning.

Pro Tip: Are you having trouble getting Rainforest Cafe reservations at a time that works best for YOUR family's vacation schedule? Check out a Landry's Select membership. This "free" membership ($25 to join but you'll receive a $25 gift card within 10 days) allows you to make reservations directly with the restaurant and they offer way more availability!
