It’s National Manatee Appreciation Day! Just earlier this month, Gulfarium teamed up with the Manatee Rescue and Rehabilitation Partnership to create a safe haven for manatees transitioning from critical care to readiness for release back into the wild.

Gulfarium performs great conservation efforts, but is also a wonderful family friendly attraction 2 minutes from Bluefish Condo.

The beaches are amazing, but if you need an indoor activity for the kids on a rainy day, check out the Emerald Coast Science Center! Lots of neat hands on activities and even the bathrooms are cool! It's located at 31 Memorial Pkwy SW.

Captain Leonard’s Park (101 Calhoun Ave, Destin, FL) is a great place to watch the sunset! 🌅 It has a sandbar, a playground, and a beautiful splash pad! 💦 And you might even see a pirate ship. 🏴‍☠️
