The whole interior of this condo has been freshly painted with bright, beach-y colors…from the moment you walk in the door you will know that your vacation has begun! The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. There is a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom and there is a queen sleeper sofa i

n the living area. This is a great condo for two couples traveling together or a small family as it can sleep 4 adults & 2 kids or 1-2 adults & up to 4 kids. The Dune Pointe building is located directly on the beach - no roads to cross! Our guests enjoy free Beach Service (2 chairs & an umbrella reserved on the beach just for you) from March 1 - October 31. There is a large (50”) flat screen smart TV and BlueRay DVD player in the living area. The master bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV & DVD player and the 2nd bedroom has a 26" flat screen TV & DVD player. The condo has a dedicated Internet wifi network. You will enjoy the most beautiful view of the beach and the Gulf from the wide sliding doors in the living area or from the large deck outside. There is a table & 4 chairs for dining on the deck as well as comfortable seating. The building has a large parking lot, elevator and a private pool that is heated in the winter.
