So here’s the deal!
Our building is currently undergoing a re-paint. The project is scheduled to be completed the first week of March. There’s a good chance they will make the deadline, BUT in case they do not, we’re gunna go ahead and extend a discounted price!

*$650 total (includes taxes, cleaning fee, AND free beach service!)*
*$200 refundable damage deposit (which will be returned within 24hrs of checkout assuming no damages)

Please note: If the painting is still going on directly in front of our unit, the balcony will be closed. And until the project is complete, the pool will be closed. You will still have full access to the beach as well as beach service (2 chairs and an umbrella set up daily for you), elevators, and parking directly in front of the building.
