Northrop Spring Crafts and Market This event is always held the last Saturday before Thanksgiving.

For over 30 years, the Northrop High School "Big Orange Pride" (BOP) Marching Band has hosted one of the area’s largest and longest-running craft fairs: the Northrop Annual Fall Craft Bazaar. In the fall of 2016, we had the honor and privilege of hosting over 200 artists, artisans, and crafters, with well over 1,000 shoppers. But don't worry - there's plenty of space and plenty of free parking! A

dmission is also free and concessions are available. We are wheelchair & walker friendly. The BOP also hosts a Spring Craft Fair + Market on the 3rd Saturday in March. This is about half as large as the fall event, and is a fantastic place to get Mother's/Father's Day gifts, Easter and spring decor, gifts for grads, stuff to spruce up the place at the lake, and the list goes on.

2024 SPRING vendors, make sure to get your return vendor application in by the end of this month to reserve your space.

DO NOT SEND YOUR APPLICATION AND/OR PAYMENT TO THE PO BOX WE WILL NOT RECEIVE IT.

You can fill out the application online at www.northropband.com/craftbazaar, I will send you an invoice for payment at that time.

The Fall 2024 vendor packets went out last night via email. I have 55 that I still need to send through the mail. If you did not get an email but you’re in the show or if you notice that you are missing a table you paid for or electricity please let me know so I can correct it.

The BOP is selling pies for a fundraiser. If you want to order any message me on here with your order, phone number, and email (so I can email you an invoice).
Orders and money are due 10/20/2024.
Pick up will be at the craft bazaar on 11/23/2024, if other arrangements need made for pick up let me know.

I am looking for a few more vendors that make to sell UNIQUE items. Please message me on here with what you make to sell, pictures if you have some, and a good email.

Some suggestions for unique would be

someone who does henna or temporary drawn on tattoos

Gifts for that hard to buy for person

Metal lawn decorations

Mailboxes

Christmas stockings

These are just ideas and examples of unique items

If you are someone who has applied ONLINE to be a new vendor, check your email. If you are accepted then I have sent you an email. If you do not have an email it is because I have plenty of vendors who already sell the same things as you.
Vendor packets will be going out soon to vendors who are in the show.

Hello everyone! Northrops marching band the BOP, is having a fundraiser selling discount cards for $20 and Elkhart pies. We have the discount card on hand, message me for details.
If you are interested you can order and pickup will be during the craft bazaar on November 23rd between 9-3, if other arrangements need made we can discuss that.
To place an order for pies (see the list and cost below) send me a message on here and I will send you an invoice and a card authorization form, if you would like to pay by cash or check you can place your order tonight or next Thursday (10/17/2024) outside door 2 between 5:30-7.

If you were on the waitlist OR filled out the application online the acceptance emails for the fall craft bazaar have been sent. Make sure to check your email!

ALL vendors will get a vendor packet at the end of October for the show with all the information they need.

If you did not get an email, that’s okay you can still possibly get in. Some vendors can’t make the show or if they do not pay within 2 weeks then I will fill the spot with someone else on the list.

For 2025 weeks are wanting to do a craft show/farmers market in the summer. Make sure to sign up for that at

FALL 3023 ONLY VENDORS:
If you mailed in your Fall 2024 application and you did not get an email (between when you sent it out and now) confirming your spot is reserved, please DOUBLE check your email for it I your search bar. If you in fact did not get one please send an email to have me check on it. Please have this done by Sunday, Monday I start adding new vendors to the openings I have.

If you don’t double check and you show up the day of the show and your spot was given away you will be turned away.

FALL 2024 CRAT BAZAAR UPDATE:

By the end of next week the returning vendors who wanted moved will know if it’s been approved or not and the new vendors will be notified if they are accepted via email.
Those who owe money will be sent an invoice and a card authorization form if you wish to pay by card. Payments MUST be received within 2 weeks of the invoice date or you will forfeit your spot.

Sorry it has taken me so long to get around to this but my computer broke and I had to get it fixed.

I will start working on Spring craft bazaar in October.

Starting next year we will be doing 3 shows a year. The new show will be in the summer as a farmers market/craft show. The first show will be ONLY NEW vendors, so if you haven’t been able to get into one of our shows now’s your chance
