If you were on the waitlist OR filled out the application online the acceptance emails for the fall craft bazaar have been sent. Make sure to check your email!

ALL vendors will get a vendor packet at the end of October for the show with all the information they need.

If you did not get an email, that’s okay you can still possibly get in. Some vendors can’t make the show or if they do not pay within 2 weeks then I will fill the spot with someone else on the list.

FALL 3023 ONLY VENDORS:
If you mailed in your Fall 2024 application and you did not get an email (between when you sent it out and now) confirming your spot is reserved, please DOUBLE check your email for it I your search bar. If you in fact did not get one please send an email to have me check on it. Please have this done by Sunday, Monday I start adding new vendors to the openings I have.

If you don’t double check and you show up the day of the show and your spot was given away you will be turned away.

FALL 2024 CRAT BAZAAR UPDATE:

By the end of next week the returning vendors who wanted moved will know if it’s been approved or not and the new vendors will be notified if they are accepted via email.
Those who owe money will be sent an invoice and a card authorization form if you wish to pay by card. Payments MUST be received within 2 weeks of the invoice date or you will forfeit your spot.

Sorry it has taken me so long to get around to this but my computer broke and I had to get it fixed.

I will start working on Spring craft bazaar in October.

With all the confusion with the P.O. Box, we have decided to discontinue it. You can send applications and payment to:

Or we can do payments and applications electronically via email and processing the card using Square, we will email or text an invoice…WE WILL NOT USE VENMO, CASH APP OR ANY SIMILAR TO THOSE

So, I have a letter the post office sent me and the zip code says 46885. Since I am not getting mail I will call them to find out what is going on and why they are returning the mail to the senders. I am so sorry for this

For some reason I am not getting mail at the P.O. Box. At first it was the wrong zip code (the correct zip code is 46815), but I know one person who sent mail to the P.O. Box with the correct zip code a week ago and I still have not received it.
I need to call the post office to figure out what is going on. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Good morning, it has been brought to my attention that a person by the name of Jayne Roberson is sending out vendor applications and has an account that looks like our craft bazaar.
The best ways to avoid getting scammed is how you are asked to pay.
When you pay you will be asked to send a check or Money Order made out to Northrop High School.

When sending the payment you will be asked to ONLY send it to our P.O Box.

We DO NOT use Venmo, Cash App, or any other app for payment.

Signing up in person during the craft bazaar if you are planning on returning for the show the following year.
