I know it might seem hard to believe that something came in UNDER BUDGET for a city project, but it’s TRUE! The city didn’t believe that would happen either and actually voted out MOST of the office come election time because they were so upset over the proposal for such a building to be made out of granite. I’m sure now people don’t mind, because look how gorgeous it turned out!
