We are so fortunate to announce that all of our homes sustained little to no damage during Hurricane Milton.

Others in Florida have not been so lucky. The havoc this storm has created to the region is absolutely devastating and we are thinking about all of those who have been negatively affected.

Here are some photos of beautiful Emerald Island Resort that I am using from homeowners who have shared them on social media after Milton’s appearance.

We are in the process of getting a heat pump installed in the theatre/games room of the Manor and the Retreat for your comfort.

This will allow guests to have access to a fully climate controlled space while enjoying a movie night with their family, or having a family games night.

The Manor is being installed today, the Retreat will be done within the next few weeks.
