Cu**inHameVilla @ The Sanctuary West Haven. Davenport 33896.

Our five bedroom 4 bath villa is a home away from home in Orlando.

Set over two floors the house is large, bright and sunny with large south facing swimming pool.

The bedrooms are as follow

One master bedroom, two queen and two themed rooms. Both themed rooms have PlayStations with a selection of child friendly games.
The upper level has 4 bedrooms and two full baths.

The upper level is completed with an office/quiet reading area.
I
Master bedroom is downstairs and is en-suite with a double shower, his and hers sinks and a huge bath. It has patio doors to the pool deck.

The pool gets the sun from sunrise to sunset and overlooks the conservation area behind with a variety of birds including the protected(and very friendly) sand cranes-see pictures

The ground floor has three sets of patio doors to the pool area, two seating areas as well as kitchen, dinning room, laundry room etc

Free cable and Wifi throughout and our guests can enjoy free U.K. landline calls home.

We also have an air conditioned games room with TV, pool, air hockey, table football we have cards and poker chips-a fridge is provided to keep your soda/beer cool while you enjoy the room.

Highchair, baby bath, cot and strollers are provided for your use.

The villa is in a gated community close to champions gate and all it’s lovely restaurants. The area is also known for golf with courses designed by some of the games top professionals.

The villa is less than 2 miles from
I 4 and is close to US 192 and US27 which allows easy access to all the top attractions Disney is only about 15 mins by car and universal not much more.

Shopping is close at Champions Gate which has some fabulous restaurants. The closest supermarket is Publix which predominately sells only food. For a bigger variety there is a supertarget at Posner Park complex- 4 miles away and Walmart is about about 5 miles away.

We are biased however our villa is a wonderful place to wind down in after a hard day at the parks.

We are delighted to report post hurricane we have no damage, hurricane windows I think were well and truely tested and passed with flying colours. Diary is now open for 2025 and I am opening 2026 please enquire if you are thinking of a trip to Florida. Fully licensed and insured. Grateful if my friends share
