In my previous career, the old saying goes, "Putting together a newscast is like watching sausage being made." The idiom for it's ugly on the back end, but the product is OH SO GOOD.
Willi's has been a staple in Frankenmuth for a long time and these three have decided to carry on the tradition with their next journey -- making tasty sausage! Trust me -- watching sausage being made is a learning experience.
Congrats to Willi's Sausage Co. new owners on their new endeavor and thank you for allowing me to help this dream come true!
