Happy February! Love is in the air and to celebrate, we’re releasing an experimental project that has been in the works since last year’s Bourbon Chocolate Bacchanal.

Introducing our 6 year old Cocoa Nibs Finished bourbon! 🥃🍫

This delightful treat comes in at 100 proof and has a 75% Corn, 15% Rye, and 10% Barley mashbill and was fnished with Cocoa Nibs from Ilan's Raw Chocolate for 6 months.

If you attended the Bourbon Chocolate Bacchanal, give our Pro Shop a call at 502-552-1001. We have one set aside for ya! If you didn’t attend, no worries, we have plenty more!

Dropping tomorrow! Our Prototype Winter Gin 2024! 🥃

Made with select local botanicals and distilled from grain in Kentucky using a whiskey mash bill, this delicious gin has been barrel rested for one year!

What are the local botanicals? We’re glad you asked!
Juniper , Zante Currants, Angelica Root, Licorice Root, Orris Root, Coriander, Star Anise, Allspice Berries, Ginger, Sweet Almonds, Cardamom, Clove and Rosebuds!

It will be available online, in our Pro Shop and at our Nulu tasting room starting tomorrow, Friday 1/31!
