Our Story
Looking for peace and quiet? We have furnished New Hampshire cottages right on the Pemigewasset River for your Lakes Region summer vacation. Each vacation cottage has cable TV, internet, microwave, a grill, and an outdoor fireplace for you to relax and enjoy nature. We also have a private 90′ beach with a boat ramp, and a row boat and paddle boats for everyone to use. Our private and secluded spot on the Pemi River has great fishing, water skiing, swimming and boating!
Pemi Shore Cottages is in Franklin, NH and only 4 miles from Rt. 93, 2 miles from local stores and just 6 miles to the popular Tilton NH shopping outlets. Several golf courses are close by. Also, our NH cottages are just one mile away from the Franklin Falls Dam (pictured above) with over 3900 acres of wooded river valley and miles of recreational trails for hiking, biking, fishing and hunting. These New Hampshire cottages are in a great location for the outdoor enthusiast with friendly and affordable accommodations.
